BlurResolve.com provides a web-based tool for image restoration using deconvolution techniques. The processing is performed entirely on the user's device (client-side) using the browser's resources and GPU.

Your privacy is our priority.

• We do not upload, store, or share your images.
• All processing occurs locally in your browser.
• You are solely responsible for the images you choose to process using this tool.

By using BlurResolve, you agree that you will not:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website.
• Use any automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Website without permission.

The design, code (excluding open-source libraries used, such as GPU.js), and branding of BlurResolve.com are the intellectual property of Karol Ostalski. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive right to use the tool for personal or professional image processing.

BlurResolve is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee that the tool will perfectly restore every image.
• Image restoration is a mathematical approximation; results vary depending on the quality and type of blur in the original file.
• We are not responsible for any data loss or hardware issues resulting from the use of your device's GPU/CPU for intensive processing.

In no event shall Karol Ostalski or BlurResolve.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data or business interruption.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice at any time.
